Leader: Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God!
People: His holy mountain, beautiful in elevation, is the joy of all the earth.
Leader: We ponder your steadfast love, O God, in the midst of your temple;
People: O God, your name, like your praise, reaches to the ends of the earth.
Leader: Your right hand is filled with victory;
People: Let Zion be glad; let the towns of your people rejoice at your judgments.
Leader: Walk about Zion; count its towers, consider its ramparts, go through its citadels, that you may tell the next generation:
All: This is our God; forever and ever. God will guide us forever.
PRAYER OF PRESENCE
All: Holy God of all creation, hear our prayer. Your love for us is eternal, and your faith in us is tireless. We stand in awe of all you have made, and we are grateful for all your blessings. Send your Spirit upon us this morning, and favor us in our worship of you. Let our songs be sweet to your ears, and fill our praises with passion.
