All: Let the hills sing together for joy at the presence of the Lord!
PRAYER OF PRESENCE
All: Holy God, from the hills and valleys we praise your name. From every coast and prairie we sing our prayers to you. Be with us now and bless us in our worship. Make the presence of your Spirit known to all who call on your holy name. Through Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

PRAYER FOR GRACE
All: Most gracious God, hear our prayer. We confess that we have fallen short of your calling to us. We have sinned against you in thought, word, and action. Yet we also confess our faith in your mercy. We ask for your forgiveness through the name of Jesus Christ, in whom our salvation is promised. We pray this in the holy name of Christ, our Lord. Amen.
