Pastor: Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity,
People: And I have trusted in the Lord without wavering.
Pastor: For your steadfast love is before my eyes,
People: And I walk in faithfulness to you.
Pastor: O Lord, I love the house in which you dwell,
People: And the place where your glory abides.
Pastor: Do not sweep me away with the sinners,
People: Nor put my life in hands of evil devices.
Pastor: But as for me, I walk in my integrity,
All: Redeem me and be gracious to me; in the great congregation I will bless the Lord!
PRAYER OF PRESENCE
All: Holy and loving God, we come to you in praise and worship this morning. We ask for your blessing today. Young and old, man and woman, rich and poor, we come to your house. Send your Holy Spirit on us, and make our songs and praises a joy to your ears. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

PRAYER FOR GRACE
All: Most merciful God, we confess that we have not followed your way. You lavish love on us, yet we let our hearts grow cold. You wash us clean in your mercy, yet we defile ourselves in sin. Forgive us, God of grace. Help us to love you and love each other, as you have loved us. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
